Amazon Music Not Working On Chromebook
What to do when Amazon Music is not working on your Chromebook
Check your internet connection
The first thing you should do if Amazon Music isn't working on your Chromebook is to check your internet connection. If you're not connected to the internet, you won't be able to stream music. To check your internet connection, open a web browser and try to load a website. If the website doesn't load, then you're not connected to the internet.
Update your browser
If you're connected to the internet but Amazon Music still isn't working, you should try updating your browser. To update your browser, open it and click on the "Help" menu. Then, select "About [browser name]" and click on the "Update" button. Once your browser is updated, restart it and try using Amazon Music again.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies
If updating your browser doesn't work, you can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. To do this, open your browser and click on the "History" menu. Then, select "Clear browsing data" and make sure that the "Cache" and "Cookies" boxes are checked. Once you've cleared your browser's cache and cookies, restart it and try using Amazon Music again.
Restart your Chromebook
If you've tried all of the above steps and Amazon Music still isn't working, you can try restarting your Chromebook. To restart your Chromebook, click on the "Power" button in the bottom-right corner of the screen and then select "Restart." Once your Chromebook has restarted, try using Amazon Music again.
